Lucas Testro is an award-winning writer and director based in Melbourne, Australia.

A directing graduate of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), Lucas has directed, written and story edited for television drama series including Winners & Losers and Neighbours, and his short films such as I’m You, Dickhead, Street Angel and Jigsaw Girl have played at some of the world’s most prestigious film festivals & pop culture events. He made his theatre directing debut in 2013 with the Melbourne Fringe Festival hit Songs For Europe.

In other media, Lucas has worked as a multi-platform consultant on All Saints and Neighbours, and is producer and co-host of The Radioactive Lounge, a live comics tonight show and podcast. He was previously a co-host and co-producer of NonCanonical, one of Australia’s most successful independent podcasts.

He is also a comic book writer, with stories to be published in 2014 in the anthologies Victoriana and Killeroo: Gangwars, and a new kids action/comedy series, En4cers.
